Sometimes called a Comprehensive Financial Plan. A look at all aspects of your financial health: cash flow/saving assessment, debt management, investment planning, college planning, income tax planning, real estate assessment including income property, insurance planning, estate planning, social security maximization & retirement planning accompanied by free advice following presentation for approximately 30 days plus a free monthly email question opportunity for one year along with an end of one year follow up meeting. Average Fee: $1,800 - $4,600 covering service for one year
• Advice on a Specific Topic
A detailed evaluation and recommendation of a specific question such as inheritance, Roth IRA conversion, or home purchase Typical Fee: $250 - $600
• Financial File Setup & Organization
A three to four hour home/office visit to setup, organize, mark and systematize your financial records along with shredding unnecessary or outdated records.
Typical Fee: $375 plus $50 travel charge up to 40 miles from one of our offices. Supplies extra.
• "Planning on the Fly"
2 hour intense session, without prior research, designed to answer any question(s) on the spot that can be covered in approximately a two hour time period. Email summary follows. Typical Fee: $700
• Client Semi Annual Re-balancing Session
Analyze and make specific recommendations to buy/sell  Typical Fee: $600 - $700
• Insurance Checkup
Evaluation of health, auto, homeowners, life, disability and long term care insurance needs. Typical Fee: $250 - $400
• Investment Manager Selection Assistance
Development of an Investment Policy Statement, incorporated into a Request for Proposal sent to 6-12 investment managers based upon the client desired style(s) of management. Includes client education and interviews along with recommendations. Typical Fee: $1,200- $1,800
• Estate Planning
Evaluation of basic estate planning documents: Will, Living Trust, Irrevocable Trust, Living Will, Durable Power of Attorney, Durable Power of Attorney for Healthcare based upon our experience. This is not legal advice nor a substitute for an estate planning attorney.Typical Fee: $150 - $450
• College Planning
Extensive calculation and evaluation of amount needed to cover college expenses and methods of funding, including financial aid Typical Fee: $300 - $900
• Real Estate Planning
Evaluation of income producing properties, assessment of rent vs. buy scenarios Typical Fee: $300 - $600

Assistance in implementing investment recommendations, completing required forms, three way calls with broker/dealer or custodian Typical Fee: $90 - $150

2 hour education seminars for employees, including company benefits Typical Fee: $600 per presentation plus research/preparation time
• Individual Employee Financial Counseling
In conjunction with the financial planning seminar, an abbreviated individual evaluation of an employee’s financial health, along with a spouse or significant other, followed by a written report with recommendations to the employee. Typical Fee: $600 per session
• Retirement Plan Type and Provider Selection Assistance
An evaluation of a current retirement plan provider, if there is one, and ranking and help with selection of a new provider using a proposal process. Typical Fee: $750 - $1000
• Investment Recommendation for Retirement Plan
Evaluation of current investment choices and recommendations on new investments Typical Fee: $600

• Annual Advice and Review Program (AA&RP)
• Annual Review of your goals, financial profile, financial plan and investments. Recalculation, if necessary
• Personal conference call to gather and share additional information and changes in goals, if any
• In-person consultation, and a separate 3-6 month later telephone conference call with further ideas, suggestions and written recommendations concerning all aspects of personal finance including re-balancing of investments, if warranted
• Complimentary “Any-Friday” email question/answer service (upgraded from First Friday)
• Email or written alerts when legislation, IRS or other events occur that may affect your financial plan
• 25% discount on additional hourly services
• One year subscription or addition to Money Magazine, or Kiplinger Personal Finance, your choice
A $1,600 value for $1,300. Payable $1,100 in advance by Dec. 31, 2012; $600 by Dec. 31, 2012 and $600 at presentation, or $1,300 at presentaion for either 2012 or 2013 work.
• Periodic Review Program (PRP)
(more than 24 months since last presentation)
• Review of your original questionnaire, goals, profile, financial plan and investments to include a conference call to review your information in advance of the meeting. Recalculation, if necessary
• In-person consultation with ideas, suggestions and written recommendations
• One in-personal complete review and one rebalancing conference call approximately six months before or after complete review
• Complimentary “Any-Friday” email question/answer service for an additional year
A $2,100 value for $1,600. Payable $1,400 in advance if received by Dec. 31, 2012 for 2013 work.
• Continuous Service Program (CSP)
• All Annual Advice & Review Program (AA&RP) benefits
• Full time, business hours access by email or phone for questions (up to one billable hour per quarter including research time)
• Money manager/Broker three-way conference call (if requested)
• Intervention assistance with bank, insurance company, credit card company, or securities custodians to help with problem resolution (one, up to one-hour intervention per year)
• Quarterly reviews and summary reports of investment performance (duplicate statements required), asset allocation, and profile updating including a personal meeting or conference call
• Complimentary one-hour training session via phone on software, website, topic or issue to facilitate your use/knowledge (within our expertise only)
• Additional annual billable hours at 50% of rate
• Up to one-hour annual complimentary telephone advice for an immediate family member to include parents and children (excludes grandchildren who can use the discount billing rate up to 5 hours)
A $4,000 value, for $3,000, payable $750 quarterly in arrears. This service may start at any quarter of the year.
