Average Fee: $1,800 - $4,600 covering service for one year

- A detailed evaluation and recommendation of a specific question such as inheritance, Roth IRA conversion, or home purchase Typical Fee: $250 - $600
- • Financial File Setup & Organization
- A three to four hour home/office visit to setup, organize, mark and systematize your financial records along with shredding unnecessary or outdated records.
Typical Fee: $375 plus $50 travel charge up to 40 miles from one of our offices. Supplies extra. - • "Planning on the Fly"
- 2 hour intense session, without prior research, designed to answer any question(s) on the spot that can be covered in approximately a two hour time period. Email summary follows. Typical Fee: $700
- • Client Semi Annual Re-balancing Session
- Analyze and make specific recommendations to buy/sell Typical Fee: $600 - $700
- • Insurance Checkup
- Evaluation of health, auto, homeowners, life, disability and long term care insurance needs. Typical Fee: $250 - $400
- • Investment Manager Selection Assistance
- Development of an Investment Policy Statement, incorporated into a Request for Proposal sent to 6-12 investment managers based upon the client desired style(s) of management. Includes client education and interviews along with recommendations. Typical Fee: $1,200- $1,800
- • Estate Planning
- Evaluation of basic estate planning documents: Will, Living Trust, Irrevocable Trust, Living Will, Durable Power of Attorney, Durable Power of Attorney for Healthcare based upon our experience. This is not legal advice nor a substitute for an estate planning attorney.Typical Fee: $150 - $450

- Extensive calculation and evaluation of amount needed to cover college expenses and methods of funding, including financial aid Typical Fee: $300 - $900
- • Real Estate Planning
- Evaluation of income producing properties, assessment of rent vs. buy scenarios Typical Fee: $300 - $600

- Assistance in implementing investment recommendations, completing required forms, three way calls with broker/dealer or custodian Typical Fee: $90 - $150
