Sarah Hanson is a Paraplanner with a passion for helping individuals and families build confidence and clarity around their financial lives. She brings a unique background in military service, communications, marketing, and financial education to her work with clients.
Sarah earned her Master’s degree in Financial Planning from the University of Georgia and also holds a master’s degree in Digital Marketing and Digital Analytics from Emerson College. Prior to entering the financial planning profession, she served 11 years in the United States Air Force as both a medical technician and a public affairs specialist. After transitioning from the military, Sarah continued her career in communications and marketing before pursuing her passion for financial planning and financial wellness.
As both an Air Force veteran and a military brat, Sarah understands the unique financial challenges and transitions military families often experience. She is especially passionate about helping women, military families, and underserved communities feel empowered through financial education and thoughtful planning.
Sarah enjoys helping organize and present financial information in a way that makes complex topics feel approachable and meaningful for clients. She believes financial planning is not just about numbers, but about creating a life aligned with a person’s values and goals.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her daughter, family, friends, and her three dogs. She also enjoys traveling, serving her community, and continuing to grow both personally and professionally through education and service.
